In good used condition direct from the Ministry of Defence
May show signs of use such as names written inside, slight wear and tear etc, on the whole these are all in good Grade 1 condition. Because these are women's hats they most likely will have foundation/makeup around the inside front rim. This can't be seen from the outside and will probably rub off.
If you are ordering a hat without a badge you will receive a plain blue hat without the badge or the black woven band around the crown.
